About Ramit

Yale-educated attorney Ramit Mizrahi is committed to working exclusively on behalf of employees to protect them from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has spent significant time navigating leave laws, including those related to pregnancy, disability, and parental leave, and can help employees get the maximum leave rights they are entitled to, along with pregnancy and breastfeeding accommodations. She is a litigator who is not afraid to take on employers who break the law, while at the same time strongly valuing cooperation when possible. She is admitted to practice law in California and New York.

Ms. Mizrahi graduated from Yale Law School in 2004. She received a master's degree with Merits in Gender & Social Policy from the London School of Economics in 2001 and a bachelor's degree with Highest Honors in Business Administration from UC-Berkeley in 2000. Her work has been published in the Yale Law Journal.

Prior to forming her own firm, Ms. Mizrahi was an associate at Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, where she handled cases from intake to completion. There, she obtained numerous results in the six and seven figures. Ms. Mizrahi clerked for the Honorable Richard Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where she worked on a number of appeals involving sex, race, national origin, age, and disability discrimination claims. Before that, she practiced at a plaintiff-side employment and labor law firm in San Francisco, where she was involved in litigating both individual discrimination cases and civil rights class actions.

While in law school, Ms. Mizrahi worked at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. She was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism. Ms. Mizrahi also served as a research assistant for Professor Vicki Schultz.
