Christian J. Albut is the owner of the firm. Christian received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in history and political science from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Christian is licensed to practice law before all of the courts in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and United States District Court for the Southern District of California. When he isn’t advocating for his client’s rights, Christian can be found spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and playing basketball.

Steven A. Frisch serves as Counsel in Singleton Schreiber's San Diego office, where his practice focuses on workers' compensation and labor-related matters. With more than 13 years of dedicated experience, Steven represents injured workers before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and guides clients through all phases of the claims process, from pre-litigation through resolution. He is known for his strategic approach to litigation and his unwavering commitment to achieving just outcomes for workers harmed on the job.

Jon Cadieux is a member of Singleton Schreiber’s Fire Litigation practice group and has extensive experience preparing wildfire cases for trial and mediation. He also has expertise in employment law and municipal law. Early in his legal career, Mr. Cadieux worked with Gerald Singleton in litigation stemming from the 2007 San Diego wildfires. He then joined a firm dedicated to labor and employment law, where he spent 11 years representing workers in a variety of forums, helping them secure better pay, safer working conditions, and protection from workplace harassment. After a year working as a deputy city attorney, Mr. Cadieux returned to Singleton Schreiber to represent fire victims once again. Mr. Cadieux earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego before graduating cum laude from California Western School of Law. He is admitted to practice in California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his leisure time, Mr. Cadieux enjoys music, gardening, and everything about raising his son, including coaching his youth soccer team.
