Some of the cases that I find most heartfelt are ones where parents and children are separated for months or years at a time. Parents are not perfect and people make mistakes that cause them to lose custody of their children. Reunification can be a long process but watching a parent go from having no parenting time to a shared parenting plan and knowing I helped with it makes all the difference.

My clients know that I am accessible to them. I prompt to respond if clients need to communicate with me and I will even extend the work day to make sure everyone who has reached out to me is contacted in a timely manner. My mantra is to never give up and never stop moving - good things happen that way.

In the past I have been a Red Cross Volunteer. I have ran several races for charity including the Philadelphia Love Run half marathon and local 5k races to help raise funds for local causes.

  This case was concerning jurisdiction issues between out of state parents as well as arguments for revisions to a Shared Parenting Plan including terminating and changing residential parent. My out of state client was successful in her arguments that she remain the residential parent even though the Father who is based in Ohio wanted the minor child in to live in Ohio.
