Raúl A. Guajardo earned his B.A. at the University of Texas – Pan American, in Edinburg, Texas, in 1994 and his J.D. from Texas Southern University Law School in Houston in 2002. He was admitted to both the Texas Bar and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas in 2002 and began working for the Willacy County District Attorney’s Office that same year. He worked to prosecute all kinds of cases from felony and misdemeanor to child welfare cases. Soon after, he established the Law Office of Raúl A. Guajardo, P.L.L.C., where he has represented people in family and criminal defense cases and now focuses mainly on personal injury cases. Since opening his Texas-based law office in 2002, Mr. Guajardo has successfully represented hundreds of clients in a range of legal matters in personal injury suits. His clients appreciate his willingness to listen and understand their priorities, as well as his no-nonsense, aggressive approach to fighting for their rights.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Guajardo is a skilled negotiator and trial lawyer who handles each case with the same level of professionalism and care.
