Arthur (Art) A. Garton handles all matters of complex criminal law, family law, personal injury and business/civil litigation. Attorney Mandy L. Kelly received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, Mrs. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Pre Law from Michigan State University. Mandy previously worked for the University of Detroit Mercy’s non-profit organization, Project SALUTE, helping low-income veterans obtain military compensation and pension benefits. She has traveled the country training attorneys from other firms on how to best represent our veterans. Mrs. Kelly has focused her practice on helping disabled veterans returning home from serving our country. She works tirelessly to help our veterans fight yet another battle in obtaining their disability benefits before both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Social Security Administration. Albert J. Dib is a native Detroiter, and a 1980 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. He has taught Medical Malpractice, Litigation Skills, Pretrial Advocacy, and Health Law at both Wayne State University Law School and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he has been Adjunct Professor of Law. He is past-president of the Wayne State University Law School Alumni Association, and currently a member of the WSU Law School’s Board of Visitors. He authored the ANNUAL SURVEY OF MICHIGAN LAW, “Medical Malpractice,” 2005 – 2006 in The Wayne Law Review, and “Ethical Conduct and Effective Lawyering, Plaintiff’s Perspective,” presented at the 26th Annual Law Seminar, Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
