About Raymond
Mr. Hedger completed his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College. While at Muhlenberg, he studied for a year at the University of Paris (Sorbonne) where he earned the DiplĆ“me dāĆtudes ā DegrĆ© SupĆ©rieur. He received his Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
Mr. Hedger is active in a number of professional and civic organizations, including the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has lectured widely on the subjects of corporate finance and pension planning. Additionally, he has conducted numerous continuing professional education seminars for members of the legal and accounting professions.
Mr. Hedger has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the New York State Court of Appeals, New York and Pennsylvania Federal District Courts, the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Our firms offers consultations without charge for new clients in order that potential clients may get to know and evaluate us and in order that we may analyze the proposed transaction and determine if we are able to be of service. There is no time limit on initial consultations.
Are you involved in your community?
Our attorneys have historically served underprivileged individuals in a pro bono capacity. Additionally, we serve aspiring business owners as mentors for SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) and sing in a number choral societies with the Harrisburg, Hershey and Lancaster Symphony Orchestras.
