Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Having a criminal record can have a huge impact on those seeking a job or a professional license. I have often been able to get charges reduced or dismissed so that professional or vocational goals are not derailed. This makes me and my clients very happy.
How did you build a successful practice?
Success comes from referrals. Referrals come from success. I do everything I can to help the client reach his/her goal.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should look for an attorney that will treat their case as the most important thing in the world, whether big or small.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Knowing the courts is key to knowing what to do, and sometimes even what not to do.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I can provide a thorough evaluation of a case based on the answers I receive to the questions I ask. I will often know the strategy before reading the police report, which is very helpful when trying to take proactive measures early on.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Facts, court location, court date, priors for a criminal case. For Accident cases, need facts of accident, insurance info for other party and caller.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I have extensive experience in the areas of law that I practice. I do not dabble in many different types of law. I have dedicated my practice to criminal defense and auto accidents, including serious personal injury and wrongful death.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people get through what they would consider an extremely low point in their lives, being their voice and aggressively defending and protecting their rights, is extremely rewarding.
