REBECCA A. KELLNER is an associate attorney with Lindner & Marsack, S.C.
Ms. Kellner's practice is focused on defending worker's compensation claims on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured employers. In addition, she handles health care subrogation issues. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, Ms. Kellner was employed at another firm focusing on worker's compensation defense and associated Medicare-related issues.
Ms. Kellner obtained her bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire majoring in business management with an emphasis in human resources. During law school at Marquette University, she interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and with the Honorable Aaron Goodstein in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She also spent two years clerking for an employment law firm, representing employees.
Ms. Kellner is licensed to practice in Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, American Bar Association, and currently serves as Vice President for the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association.
