About Rebecca
Ms. Waldren is an associate in the Litigation Department and is a member of the Life, Health, and Disability and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on first-party insurance litigation, insurance fraud, disability law, third-party tort, products liability and negligence litigation.
Ms. Waldren received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2002. She received her J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2005, where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of Legislation and an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy: Symposium Edition 2003. Her article, "Expectations and Practical Results in Fingerprinting Technology: Where is the Line Drawn?" was published by the Journal of Legislation in Volume 31:2. Ms. Waldren also served her fellow classmates as Class Representative for the Student Bar Association, the Vice President of Finance of the Women's Legal Forum, and was selected as team member of the Notre Dame Client Counseling Team for two consecutive years.
Ms. Waldren is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Ms. Waldren is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
