Ms. Parker's practice primarily involves workers' compensation matters, including claims under the Longshore and Harborworkers' Compensation Act. For the past three years, she has represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and several of its agencies and departments, in defending workers' compensation claims through the Commonwealth's third party claims administrator.
