*Represented a bank in Breach of Guaranty litigation against Guarantors on a large commercial loan made to clothing manufacturer, resulting in judgment of $17,301,167.54 against the Guarantors.
*Represented large financial institution in litigation against Borrower and Guarantor, resulting in recovery of a 2001 Crescent Beach Motor Yacht and deficiency judgment against of $5,857,308.05 against Guarantor.
*Represented large financial institution in litigation against Borrower and Guarantor, resulting in recovery of a 2008 Bombardier Challenger 300 model BD-100-1A10 aircraft and deficiency judgment against of $5,074,613.18 against Guarantor.
*Represented a lender in litigation against Borrowers on a series of large commercial loans made to Borrowers, resulting in judgments of $4,459,161.88 and $369,434.41 against the Borrowers.
*Represented a lender in post-foreclosure binding arbitration proceeding against Guarantors on a construction loan, resulting in a judgment of $1,301,751.08 against Guarantors.
*Represented a bank in post-foreclosure trial by reference proceeding against Guarantors on a real estate secured loan, resulting in an award in excess of $600,000.00 against Guarantors.

Mr. Guerin has also handled a variety of real estate disputes, including partition actions, partnership, membership and shareholder disputes, lease disputes and other general business litigation matters. Mr. Guerin is experienced in judgment collection actions, provisional remedies (receiverships, writs of attachment, writs of possession, temporary restraining orders, etc.), and unlawful detainer cases.
