Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

In a probate case, my client's mother was facing the lost of her home because her husband had died and the reverse mortgage holder was threating to foreclose on the house if the balance due on the reverse mortgage was not paid. The house was in the husband's name only and he had used the entire credit line. I was able to get court approval for a loan on the property in order to pay-off the reverse mortgage and then place the house in the name of the client's mother.
