About Richard
Richard E. Mann is "of counsel" to Rammelkamp Bradney, joining the firm in 2003. Dick received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 1946 and earned a law degree from the U of I in 1947. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1948.
Today, he works closely with the active lawyers in the firm offering assistance with ongoing cases. His practice areas include estate planning and probate, personal injury, real estate, and drainage law.
Dick served as state's attorney for Scott County (Illinois) from 1948 - 1960 and was a partner in the firm of Hutchens & Mann from 1948 - 1980. He served as circuit judge of the 7th Judicial Court from 1980 - 1988 and as a partner in Bell & Mann from 1989 - 2002.
