Austin Wallace leads the firm’s residential real estate practice. Austin represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as landlords in the drafting of leases and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions. He also handles foreclosures and other matters related to real estate finance. Further, Austin represents small business owners in business entity choice and formation and closely-held corporate transactions.

Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. Caroline Henderson is a Criminal Defense Attorney serving clients in the Richmond area. With experience in both prosecution and courtroom litigation, Caroline brings a strategic, thoughtful approach to helping individuals navigate the criminal justice system and protect their rights. Caroline focuses her practice on criminal defense, representing clients in misdemeanor matters across Richmond and surrounding counties. Her background includes experience handling a wide range of cases, including DUIs, misdemeanors, felonies, and matters involving domestic and juvenile-related charges. Before transitioning to defense work, Caroline gained valuable courtroom experience as a prosecutor. She handled a variety of criminal cases and developed a strong understanding of how the government evaluates and pursues cases. This experience now helps her anticipate prosecutorial strategies and guide clients through their legal options. Caroline earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and completed specialized coursework and certifications in family law and pro bono service. She also served as a law clerk for Virginia judges, further strengthening her understanding of courtroom procedure and legal strategy. Originally from Frederick County, Caroline now serves clients throughout the Richmond region. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her rescue cat, Ruby.

Corey Pollard is the managing partner of Jenkins Block & Associates‘ Richmond office and heads the Virginia Workers’ Compensation department of the firm. Mr. Pollard focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries at work or through the fault of others, including car accident, motorcycle wreck, construction accident, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. And when these personal injuries and other medical conditions lead to problems in the workplace or permanent health impairments, Mr. Pollard helps individuals obtain the monetary awards they deserve through state and federal employment law and Social Security Disability. Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Mr. Pollard grew up in a construction family. A graduate of Menchville High School, where he was a Virginia High School League (VHSL) State Champion in Swimming, Mr. Pollard earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in college, Mr. Pollard was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity. Mr. Pollard obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Pollard was selected as a member of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public and Interest. He was also selected as member of the school’s Client Counseling & Negotiation Board after winning the Environmental Negotiation Competition in 2007. Mr. Pollard’s wife, Leigh, is a Human Resources Manager who provides “real world” advice and insight on employment and labor law matters. The Pollards have two children, Knox and Rivers, who keep them busy and running around, and a 5-pound dog named Simba. They are members of Bon Air Baptist Church. In his spare time, Mr. Pollard enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing pickup basketball and golf.
