Mr. Longman is an associate in McMillan Metro's Corporate/Business Law and Tax Services departments. Mr. Longman practices in the fields of tax litigation and planning, business planning, and he structures corporate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Longman represents individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. He has frequently spoken at the University of Baltimore School of Law's Tax Clinic and on panels for the American Bar Association's Tax Section as well as numerous engagements throughout the local community. Mr. Longman is the Vice Chairperson of the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Forum and the representative to the Continuing Learning Education board for the same Section.
