Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I recently filed a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy for a local Community Health Center and Clinic that served individuals who were uninsured. The Health Center served the indigent population for free along with the homeless and those suffering from HIV and Aids. The Health Center encountered financial hardships causing it to limit its hours of operation and cut a number of its vital services. The Health Center was in desperate need of restructuring its finances in order to avoid shutting its doors. I filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the Health Center and now the Health Center is restructured and reorganized and back in business serving a community that desperately needed obtainable medical services.
