ROBERT W. KEDDIE, III is a partner in the firm's Commercial Law and Hospitality Practice Groups. Born in Abington, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1969, he is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1991) (Deans List) and New York Law School (J.D., 1994). He is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (1994), State of New Jersey (1994), U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey (1994) and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1996), and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. (1997). He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations.

Areas of Professional Concentration Include: National and international restaurant and hospitality development and consulting; commercial and corporate litigation, with an emphasis on partnership/shareholder disputes and related matters; construction and co-op/condo board litigation; multi-family real estate and property management issues; financial and creditors' rights litigation; employment litigation and general insurance litigation. Mr. Keddie maintains extensive experience with Alternative Disputes Resolution forums, including actions before the American Arbitration Association, as well as the NYSE and FINRA arbitration tribunals. He also provides general business counseling to small to mid market companies in international markets, and has lectured on various related topics including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
