Our law firm offers a free in person or telephone consultation.  It is helpful for us to have as much information as possible so that we can help with the case.  

Like most attorneys in the field, we charge a flat fee structure. We can be placed on retainer for certain matters at the current hourly rate. Email, text, or call for a fee quote. Fees for DUI cases generally depend on whether the case is a misdemeanor or a felony, the court where the case is pending, and whether there was an accident, priors, or sentencing issues. Fees for cannabis business licensing depend on whether you need a business plan and incorporation, or just licensing at the city, county, or state level. Fees for alcohol licensing depend upon the type of license to be transferred or applied for.
