About R. Keith
In private practice since 1987, I was an equity partner in the law firm of Glover & Davis, PA until 1994 when I opened my own practice to concentrate in serious injury trial work. Over the years, because of many requests, I also took on contested divorce cases as they too are litigation oriented and now practice primarily in the areas of injury law and family law. In 2009 I invited John Duncan to join me in practice and in 2011 we invited Jared Craig to join us. Today we are located in professional space in The Summit Professional Park sharing a building with Georgia Pain & Spine and are proud to be neighbors in the professional park with Delta Credit Union, the YMCA, and The Summit Healthplex.
Injury Cases are almost always a contingent fee agreement, no recovery, no legal fee. For all other cases a written contract is signed and an engagement fee is paid up front then I bill by the hour with a billing program and apply the engagement fee to billings as the case progresses occurring in almost all cases. I do Wills and Trusts for a flat fee.
