Warehouse Development, Leasing and Sale Represented owner-developer of warehouse project in Santa Fe Springs, California, involving negotiation and preparation of architectural contracts and construction contract, negotiation and preparation of lease/option agreement with the initial tenant for the 55,000 square foot building, and subsequent sale of project.

Business Park Development Represented the owner-developers of a new $60 million commercial/industrial business park in the City of Los Angeles, including negotiation and preparation of architectural, engineering and construction contracts and bank financing documentation for the development work and loans for improvement of commercial lots under build-to-suit agreements on buildings held for sale/lease.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Company Represented privately owned hot-dip galvanizer in Southern California in connection with construction and development of a new state-of-the-art galvanizing plant, including negotiation and preparation of architectural and engineering contracts, construction contracts, equipment supply orders and bank financing documentation. Represented such company and its principal shareholder in connection with the sale of certain assets of the galvanizing business to a publicly traded, international firm and the long term leasing of the related real property to the acquiring entity.

Corn Milling and Tortilla Manufacturer Represented the largest U.S. manufacturer and distributor of tortillas in connection with the restructuring of secured credit agreements with major institutional lenders amounting to approximately $100 million.
