About Roger

A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and Delaware Law School, Roger Landon has been trying and winning cases in Delaware since 1986.  Entering 2008 he had taken 56 personal injury cases to verdict, winning a staggering total of 47 trials.  His recent successes include:

  • A $4.9 million recovery in Trujillo v. Lee, a workplace accident case.
  • A $1.6 million recovery in Bowman v. Henkels & McCoy, a wrongful death case.
  • A $1.5 million recovery in Kadow v. Marino, an auto accident case.
  • A $2.8 million verdict in Gates v. Texaco, a benzene chemical exposure case.

Mr. Landon's trial victories include auto accident cases, slip and fall cases, insurance disputes, civil rights cases and product liability litigation.  Although his client list includes familiar names like Chrysler Corporation, Kmart and Target, he most enjoys fighting for ordinary people and their families; and he has settled hundreds of their injury claims through arbitration, mediation and the litigation process.

Mr. Landon is a longstanding member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He frequently serves as an Arbitrator in personal injury disputes, and is often invited to lecture on the law of auto accidents.
