Following trials and pre-trial conferences, Rosemarie has recovered many substantial settlements for clients seriously injured through the fault of others. Her cases include the following: a multi-million dollar recovery for man whose leg was amputated following a crush injury at work; a jury verdict of $1,025,000. in a medical malpractice abdominal surgery case; a confidential wrongful death settlement against a mental health facility for the suicide death of her client; a $900,000 settlement for a woman injured in an auto accident roll-over; a $750,000 settlement for a client who sustained a back injury after falling on ice on an apartment house porch.

Rosemarie grew up in West Haven , Connecticut . After obtaining her law degree from the University of Connecticut School Of Law in 1992, she practiced as a trial lawyer in New York City , where she defended clients accused of serious crimes. She returned to Connecticut in 1996, working as a civil and criminal litigator, before joining the firm in 2000. Her practice presently focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense and civil rights litigation.

Rosemarie is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She has been elected to the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Board of Governors. She is currently co-chair of the CTLA Women's Caucus and is also a member of the Women's Caucus for the American Association for Justice. She has in the past served on the Board of the New Haven County Bar Association and has also lectured on the subject of civil practice for them. Currently she is on the adjunct faculty at UCONN Law School where she teaches intensive trial advocacy.

Rosemarie is active in Habitat for Humanity, serving on the organization's Board of Directors and as Chair for Humanity's Women's Build, which raises funds and builds homes for deserving New Haven Families. She has also traveled overseas, working in New Zealand for Habitat for Humanity.
