Augustyn Law Office, P.C. LLO is owned and operated by attorney Dan Augustyn. The firm was first opened in 2005. Dan is committed to helping the victims of accidents in Nebraska and New Mexico after several auto accidents shaped his life, including the death of a close friend and the near death of his brother. Dan also does estate planning in New Mexico. Dan is a seventh generation Nebraskan and takes pride in his deep Nebraska roots. Dan grew up in Kearney and Lincoln and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Minnesota Law School. Dan practices in Nebraska and New Mexico.

Tyson grew up in Valencia County raising livestock for 4-H and FFA, while working in his parent small business. While not always appreciating the hard work as a child he grew to respect the lessons of hard work and dedication to create the best quality of work. Tyson worked in his parents small business as they first opened the doors though college. This gave him an understanding of the hard work and pride New Mexicans put into their businesses and that there is rarely an actual day off for a business owner. This is why he is passionate about helping small businesses grow and protect everything they have worked for. This includes passing your life's work to your heirs as you see fit and not how a court or others may see fit. Tyson graduated with bachelor’s from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. He eventually wanted to make even more of an impact on his community and decided to attend law school. Tyson attended Arizona Summit School of Law where he was able to graduate a semester early. During that time, he volunteered to teach children in underprivileged schools and detention centers. Tyson currently lives with his wife and five rescue dogs in their East Mountain home.
