Prior to earning her Juris Doctor from the Kline School of Law at Drexel University, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This degree has given Alicia a unique perspective as a legal advocate; she understands how to set realistic expectations and respond appropriately and effectively to highly emotional situations. Her approach is effective in all areas of family law, including equitable distribution, high asset divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, marital agreements, and protection from abuse. When her clients need continuing support after their case has resolved, Alicia can offer a helping hand by referring them to counselors, financial planners, and other professional support. Prior to joining Petrelli Previtera, Alicia ran a private family law practice for three years. In this role, she gained vast experience with the full range of family law matters, seeing them through from the very beginning to resolution. She previously practiced law with a Philadelphia firm dedicated to providing quality legal services for reasonable fees. This firm emphasized clients’ education to make well-informed decisions through the stages of negotiation and litigation that are unique to family law and landlord-tenant matters. She was also previously employed as an associate attorney by a private firm with a focus on family law matters. Alicia continues her mission to provide efficient, high quality, and compassionate legal services for her clients. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and represents clients throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Berks Counties. Alicia is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. She also provides pro bono legal services through select non-profit organizations in an effort to support her local community in and around Montgomery County. In addition to her family law career, Alicia enjoys sharing the kitchen with her husband, dancing in the living room with her two young children and yorkie, reading, and taking any chance to visit a beach.

He is an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the federal courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Western District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Davis is a native and long-time resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Davis’s primary practice areas include business law, commercial transactions, non-profit law, tax-exempt entities, real estate tax assessment appeals, and corporate law. In his spare time, he coaches fencing at Liberty Fencing Club LLC in Warrington, PA. In addition to running this local Bucks County law firm, in Spring 2013, Dr. Davis was an instructor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law for the practicum of the JD-level Nonprofit Corporations class.

Liam J. Duffy practices in the areas of Divorce, Support, Child Custody, Equitable Distribution, Protection from Abuse, Civil Litigation, Business Law and Landlord-Tenant Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Liam is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Bucks County Bar Association. For 2017, 2018, and 2019, Liam was awarded the SuperLawyers Rising Star Designation, which is reserved for 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania. He was also awarded the 2019 Top 10 under 40 Award. Liam prides himself on being a pragmatic and compassionate attorney but also one who will aggressively protect his client's interests and litigate more complex cases. Liam volunteers as an MCAP pro bono attorney for children in Montgomery County and as a pro bono attorney for the Women's Center of Montgomery County. Liam has acted as a Divorce and Financial Planning subject matter expert for the American College in Bryn Mawr. Prior to becoming an attorney, Liam focused his education and career on business and corporate finance. He attended the University of Delaware for his Bachelor’s degree, Saint Joseph’s University for his Master’s degree in Finance, and Rutgers for his law degree, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. After business school, Liam worked for six years in corporate finance and earned various financial designations. Despite having a promising and lucrative career in finance, he decided to pursue a career in law where he could help people and spend time in the courtroom. In his free time, Liam enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, exercising at a local gym, and spending time with his family.
