Ryan graduated with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Communication Studies and earned the Business Foundations Certificate from McComb’s School of Business with Highest Distinction. Before attending law school, Mr. James worked for the Texas House of Representatives where he worked on legislative matters with local governments and state agencies. Mr. James then attended the University of Texas School of Law.  During law school, Mr. James was a member of the Texas Journal of Oil Gas and Energy Law and completed the Semester in London Programme at University College London in London, England.
