About Ryan
Ryan Penhallegon is a licensed California and Washington State attorney whose practice emphasizes real estate, construction, and business and construction litigation and transactions. Mr. Penhallegon has represented owners, developers, contractors, and business entities in a variety of matters including, entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, leasing, real estate purchase and sales, general business and licensing matters, and in all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Penhallegon received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2004. While in law school, Mr. Penhallegon served as an Editor for the Santa Clara Computer & High Tech Law Journal, led real property Association and Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Penhallegon obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington in 2000.
Mr. Penhallegon was admitted to the California Bar in December of 2004 and admitted to the Washington State Bar in May of 2006. Mr. Penhallegon is also a licensed California real estate broker and is a member of American Bar Association and Bar Association of San Mateo County.
