After working on the tobacco litigation and subprime mortgage issues as a senior assistant attorney general in Ohio, Britt then represented over 40 California cities and counties in opioid and fire litigation, culminating in a $1 billion settlement with PG&E for the North Bay and Camp Fires. Her knowledge of complex litigation, as well as her ability to resolve eight-, nine-, and ten-figure lawsuits, puts her in a unique class of attorneys.
