Kelly Forst has been an attorney in New York since 2000. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate their separations and marriage dissolutions, and has also represented hundreds of children in divorce, custody and other matters. Over the last two decades, her practice's core principles in family law have been peacemaking and problem solving. She was the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) from 2012–2014 and has served on numerous Boards and Committees of various professional organizations, including the MCBA, CLARA (Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area) and the New York Chapter of AFCC (Association of Family & Conciliation Courts). Ms. Forst was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2016 and was trained in tax preparation and planning in 2015. She is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through the Lawyer’s Fund in Florida and has nearly 30 years of experience as a real estate professional, including five years as a real estate agent, ten years as a real estate paralegal and over twenty years representing clients in the purchase and sale of real property and in real estate litigation matters.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Attorney Thompson-Disler has always had a passion for helping others with her positive outlook and diligent work ethic. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Upon her acceptance of the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Tiffany returned to her hometown and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law. While at the University of Miami, Tiffany had the distinguished honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge Maxine Cohen Lando, United States Judge, for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court. She was a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida and participated in the University of Miami’s Capital Defense Project through which she represented individuals convicted of capital offenses. As a student in the Litigation Skills Clinical Program, she was awarded the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for ability and excellence in oral and written advocacy and a commitment to public service. Prior to joining the DeWitt Law Firm, P.A. Tiffany began her legal career at a full service firm in Maitland and concentrated her practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure defense, criminal defense, family and domestic law, and general civil litigation. Tiffany is a member of the University of Central Florida and University of Miami, School of Law Alumni Chapters as well as the Orange County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family and adorable puppy.

Orlando Attorney Gwen J. Cryer has been representing clients throughout the Central Florida area since 2003. Attorney Cryer is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. ROBERT SCOTT HANNAN limits his practice to Family Law and was formerly a State and County Child Support/Alimony Prosecutor. He has practiced in Fort Lauderdale for 22 years and grew up in South Florida. Mr. Hannan has handled many hundreds of Family Law cases from straight forward and simple divorces to complex divorces involving custody disputes, significant incomes, assets and liabilities often requiring the use of experts such as Forensic Accountants, Business Valuation Professionals, Parenting Coordinators and Child Psychologists. As well, Mr. Hannan has handled nearly all other aspects of Family Law cases involving Visitation (Time- Sharing), Support issues (Alimony and Child Support), Relocation, (including international relocation), Domestic Violence, along with a diverse variety of other Family Law issues. Mr. Hannan received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Hannan has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1988 and is a member of the Family Law sections of the Florida and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hannan previously served on the Family Law Legislative Committee of the Florida Trial Lawyers Association Mr. Hannan previously represented what is now known as the Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Program, (DOR). His firm, Hannan and Rieman, PA, was responsible for enforcing and/or modifying approximately 30,000 divorce and paternity decrees from throughout Florida and the United States. Additionally, Mr. Hannan previously represented parents on behalf the Dade County State Attorney's Office, Child Support Enforcement Program, as well as parents on behalf of the Broward County Support Enforcement Division, (SED). Mr. Hannan no longer represents Government Agencies and has dedicated his private practice to Family Law cases only. Child support and alimony enforcement cases along with child support and alimony modification cases account for a higher than usual number of cases currently being handled by Mr. Hannan due to these difficult economic times. Mr. Hannan welcomes Child Support and Alimony cases where the client is defending Motions for Contempt or Supplemental Petitions for Modification.
