Questions & Answers

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I ask callers to give me the basic facts of the matter, as well as what they hope to achieve. I then give my opinion as to whether I believe the facts warrant further pursuit of the matter. If I am not able to help the caller, I will refer him/her to someone/agency who can.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I find it very rewarding to help small businesses acheive their human resources goals by offering counseling and legal advice on all aspects of employment law. I also find it rewarding when I am able to help employees settle their cases in a timely and fair manner.

Are you involved in your community?

Yes, I do volunteer work through the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago. This most often involves cooking and servings meals to the needy and visiting with elderly nursing home patients.
