Sally P. Enriquez has a broad real estate transactional practice encompassing the development, acquisition, leasing and disposition of major office properties, hotels and resorts, warehouse and industrial portfolios, medical facilities, apartment projects and residential developments. Ms. Enriquez has represented a wide variety of both domestic and international clients, including a large master developer of planned residential communities and the asset manager for one of the largest pension funds in the United States. Ms. Enriquez's lending practice involves the representation of both borrowers and lenders in connection with a variety of real property-secured credit transactions. In that capacity, Ms. Enriquez has advised several major institutional lenders regarding the origination, servicing, restructuring and enforcement of remedies for securitized loans, corporate lines of credit and other types of credit facilities as well as the acquisition, disposition and financing of mortgage loan portfolios and/or related servicing rights. Ms. Enriquez has also advised major corporations, investment banks and other institutional investors regarding the formation, restructuring and dissolution of various forms of real estate ownership entities as well as the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions of business entities holding substantial real property assets.
