Ms. Bergman is an accomplished lawyer that has over thirty years of legal experience. She has worked as an attorney for the Law Office of Stanley J. Bell, A PC prior to starting her firm in 2014. She focuses her practice on solving the many problems faced by our aging population, particularly issues relating to planning and qualifying for Medi-Cal and VA Pension Benefits. She is accredited by the VA to represent our Veterans.
In addition to her legal experience, she is an active member of the California State Bar of which she has been a member since 1982.
Ms. Bergman graduated from the San Francisco Law School with a J.D. degree in 1982 and admitted to the California state bar on December 3, 1982. In addition to her legal degree, Ms. Bergman also has a master of laws degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law from the Western New England University School of Law in 2016.
