About Samuel

Sam is a Mississippi native with roots in Union County. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi, where he served in various capacities and attended the Trent Lott Leadership Institute. Before law school, he worked as a policy assistant for the Speaker of the Mississippi House of Representatives.

Sam earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served on the Dean's Leadership Council, the Pro Bono Initiative, and the Child Advocacy Clinic. As a member of the Moot Court Board while in law school, Sam was awarded "Best Brief" and "Best Oralist" at the National Family Law Competition and National Criminal Procedure Competition, respectively. While in law school, Sam also worked for the firm, gaining valuable practical experience.

Sam focuses his practice on general litigation, with a particular emphasis on contract disputes, personal injury, and domestic issues. He also counsels clients on wills and estates, immigration, employment issues, real estate, and business law. Sam strives to represent each client with the highest level of commitment, honesty, and approachability.

Sam and his wife, Hart, reside in New Albany with their Labrador retriever. When he is not working, Sam enjoys fishing, watching football games, and hunting turkeys, ducks, and deer.
