About Sarah

Shortly after she began law school, Sarah Casale realized that she was meant to be a criminal attorney. Her work with a criminal defense clinic during her final year of law school cemented that plan. At this clinic, Sarah directly represented clients who were unable to afford an attorney. She worked on several different types of criminal cases, and attended intensive weekly classroom seminars in order to further her knowledge and ability in the area of criminal law.

When Sarah saw the amount of good she could do by using her knowledge to help people who were in trouble with the law, she knew that there was no other career field in which she would feel as satisfied. Because of her passion for helping people in need, Sarah has a great drive to succeed in ensuring that her clients' rights are protected and their minds set at ease.

In addition to her work in the criminal defense clinic, Sarah worked for two years as a law clerk at a firm in Cleveland, Ohio. During her time at this law firm, she learned the ins and outs of general civil and business matters. She assisted the attorneys there in interviewing clients, writing leases, forming contracts, researching the law, and many other matters before shifting her focus to a career as a criminal defense attorney.

A native of the state of Ohio, Sarah moved to Michigan after graduating from law school. Here she regularly attends legal seminars in order to stay up-to-date on new changes in the law, and to be able to best serve her clients.

Sarah received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. She attended Law School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received recognition for excellence in her work with the criminal defense clinic, and was awarded the William B. Davis Prize for achievement in mock trial. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan.
