About Loren

A native of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Loren A. Schrum completed his preparatory education at Brown University, graduating with a B.A. degree in 1975. He continued his studies at Villanova University School of Law and received his J.D. degree in 1978. Mr. Schrum was granted admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1978, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Schrum began his legal career serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable G. Thomas Gates, President Judge, in Lebanon County's Court of Common Pleas.

Professional affiliations include membership in the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, where he is a member of the Civil Litigation and Family Law Sections, on the membership committee of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, where he is a member of the Family Law and Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Sections.

Mr. Schrum contributes valuable experience to the firm in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Litigation and Real Estate Law.

He was the first Lebanon County lawyer admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Schrum was named to Philadelphia Magazine's Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2003, the Ultimate Guide to the Best Attorneys in Pennsylvania.  Super Lawyers are selected through an extensive process which started with over 34,000 ballots to attorneys across Pennsylvania.  From there, lawyers were selected from different areas of practice by a blue ribbon panel to compile the final list.  Mr. Schrum was selected in the category of Plaintiff's Personal Injury work.
