Appellant: Attorney for the appellant, Jagdish Rampersad. Rampersad appeals a decision handed down from the Supreme Court of Queens County New York. He was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and unlawful possession of pistol ammunition. A jury found him guilty and he was subsequently sentenced.
