After handling complex litigation at one of Mississippi's oldest and largest law firms, Scott Hollis opened Hollis Legal Solutions, PLLC in 2015 to better serve individuals, families, and businesses in Northern Mississippi.

Scott Hollis was raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi and attended Mississippi State University then The University of Mississippi School of Law. He spent most of his legal career as a partner at a major regional law firm litigating claims on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants regarding wrongful death, personal injury, dram shop liability, transportation accidents, third-party assaults, general negligence, lender liability, business disputes and other legal issues.
He has litigated in state and federal courts in Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri and New York. He has also been the past chairman of the Gaming Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and a member of the board of directors for the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
