About Scott
Scott Roy McLean is the owner of Montana Legacy Law, PLLC. Scott grew up in the Bitterroot Valley, graduated from Hamilton High School, received a business degree in college and then attended The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. He is licensed to practice law in Montana and in Washington D.C. Scott's practice involves wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, business formation, non-profit formation, real estate, civil litigation, and bankruptcy law. Scott is in the process of founding MontanaFree, a non-profit dedicated to making Montana the freest state in the country. He contributes pro bono hours to that cause. He also serves as the Legislative Liaison for the Convention of States Project here in Montana, serves on the Board of Directors for the American Lands Council, and serves as General Counsel and Solicitor for the Montana Young Republicans.
