A native Charlestonian, Sean Michael Bolchoz received his Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. He began practicing with Hale and Hale, PA in 1999, which became Hale and Bolchoz, LLC in 2003.
Sean is admitted to practice in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina, the federal District Court of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has argued cases on Appeal before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court and Fourth Circuit.
Sean is a certified South Carolina Circuit Court mediator, and is a member of the Hilton Head Island Bar, The Beaufort County Bar, the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association.
