Mr. Rose is an engaging and charismatic attorney with a sincere passion for alternative dispute resolution. As a part of Chapman Law School's Mediation Clinic for two years, Mr. Rose was groomed by Chapman's finest and has developed into an exceptionally dedicated and well-respected mediator. He has handled hundreds of cases in Superior Court, and has been recognized by Riverside County Superior Court with a Certificate of Excellence for his hard work in the Mediation Program.
Mr. Rose has mediated and settled a wide array of manners, ranging from family law and civil harassment cases, to contract disputes, landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer cases, to trial de novos, personal injury, insurance, and creditor-debtor claims. As a result of his accumulation of experience, Mr. Rose has developed and nurtured an innate ability to form a connection with the mediating parties and earn their trust, so that he can place their focus entirely on the task at hand - that of compromise and settlement.
