Frederick R. (Rick) Hovde is a founder of Hovde Dassow and Deets LLC and focuses his practice on the areas of medical negligence, car and truck accidents, construction site accidents, and injuries from dangerous consumer products all on behalf of plaintiffs. He has tried over one hundred ten cases to a jury verdict and obtained several maximum statutory verdicts in medical malpractice cases and several verdicts in excess of $1,000,000 in automobile accident, products liability, and insurance bad faith cases. He has handled many significant and complex construction, products liability, and accident and insurance claim cases. He has also been involved in a substantial amount of appellate decisions and authored a number or articles. Over the course of his career, Rick has received countless honors and awards in recognition of his legal excellence. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2003, recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer since 2004, is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers, Indiana College of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, Indianapolis Bar Foundation. He is also a long time member of the American Association for Justice and American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association since 1990, the Executive Committee from 1995 to 2003, and was President during the 2002-2003 term. He has been extensively involved with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association legislative committee and it's efforts in the state legislature. In 2019 he received the distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Nicholas T. Kocian is the president and founder of the Kocian Law Group. Nick has practiced law for over thirty years focusing on personal injury matters, including but not limited to medical malpractice, motor vehicle, products liability, construction, premises liability and workers’ compensation claims. He has handled cases at all stages of litigation and trial, including civil jury trials, court/bench trials, formal hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, and hearings at the CRB appellate level. Nick has also appeared before the Connecticut Supreme Court. Prior to establishing the Kocian Law Group, Nick was associated with a prominent New York Wall Street firm where he defended physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice claims throughout New York. In this position, Nick worked with leading trial lawyers, becoming skilled in litigating and preparing cases and gaining an extensive understanding of how insurance carriers defend medical malpractice claims. Nick initially opened his own solo attorney practice in Hartford, Connecticut. Attorney R. Andrew “Andy” Rodriguez received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Texas Christian University in 1992. Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree in 1996 from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law where he was a merit scholarship recipient. Andrew Rodriguez is a respected lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Attorney Rodriguez has been recognized by the publication Texas Lawyer in the annual Top Verdicts and Settlements for his work in obtaining one of the top personal injury or medical malpractice settlements or verdicts in Texas in 1999, 2002, 2010, 2013-2017. These cases included Evans v. Children’s Medical Center (1999), Mays v. Palestine Principal Healthcare  (2002), Mulder v. Venture Transport, et al. (2010, truck accident case), Menchaca v. NTE I Houston LLC dba Cosmic Jump (2016), Opel v. Native Oilfield Services (2016, truck accident case), Rodriguez v. Brandt (2017, truck accident case). Mr. Rodriguez has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list by Thomson Reuters and published by Texas Monthly from 2015-2019. This distinction is limited to no more than 5% of attorneys in Texas. ​Andrew A. Iacobelli is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Michigan, Texas and the Province of Ontario. Andrew is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Michigan State University, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board. Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Andrew obtained extensive experience handling complex liability cases, usually involving damages exposure of several millions of dollars. Native to Savannah, W. Andrew Bowen is an attorney proven by years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. After completing his undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, Andrew attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1998. Andrew began his legal career as a Savannah personal injury lawyer representing defendants in automotive collisions, medical negligence, and other personal injury claims as well as working for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. Since 2001, Andrew has focused his career on representing individuals who have suffered serious injury or death. Within this specialty, Andrew has successfully tried cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, as well as car, truck, and motorcycle wrecks. Andrew is a member of the Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina Bars, and practices in the Federal Courts in the State of Georgia and South Carolina. In addition to his professional affiliations, Andrew is an active member of the Board of Selectmen of the Historic Midway Church and the Administrative Board of the Skidaway Island United Methodist Church. He is also President of the Washington and Lee University Alumni Chapter for the Savannah area. Andrew and his wife, Melissa Safrit Bowen, have two children—Evelyn Brooks Bowen (born 2008) and Woodrow Alexander Bowen (born 2011).

Sarah Gorski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Eastern Michigan University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Chair of the Mock Trial Board. Sarah joined the firm in January 2022, and focuses primarily on first-party automobile claims, third-party auto negligence, motorcycle and bicycle accidents.
