Trevor grew up in farm country on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he spent his youth sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Trevor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated with a degree in engineering. While in college, Trevor was the captain of the UMD sailing team as well as a delegate to the Inter-collegiate Sailing Association. After his tenure at the University of Maryland, Trevor attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he participated in mock trials as well as the intellectual property law society. In 2010, Trevor graduated from law school and met and married his delightful wife, Crystal, and decided to make South Carolina his new home. Trevor began his legal career at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, one of the largest litigation law firms in South Carolina. While at Nexsen Pruet, Trevor worked on a variety of hospital, pharmaceutical, state/federal government compliance, and intellectual property lawsuits. Trevor has spent the last 10 years working on civil litigation matters of nearly all variety from premises liability and medical malpractice to products liability and real estate litigation. Trevor is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Maryland, and The United States District Court of South Carolina. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Technology Committee. Out of the office, Trevor is an avid chef and sailor, passions he shares with his wife, Crystal.

David M. Estes concentrates his practice in class action, product liability, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the New Jersey Appellate Division. Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community.
