Stephen Healy has practiced law for over 27 years, now focusing his practice on asbestos compensation claims and asbestos civil litigation in state and federal court. Mr. Castro is an attorney who prides himself on advocating aggressively on behalf of all clients. Bob was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1981. He has represented only individuals and small businesses his entire career. Bob has tried more than seventy jury trials and dozens of bench trials. As a result of his experience and results in jury trials, Bob was invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates in which he holds the rank of Advocate. He has also been named a Top 100 Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers and a Top 25 Mass Tort lawyer by the same organization. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 High Stakes Litigators in the country and has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer each year since 2011. Bob was appointed by the Court to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation (MDL-1760) and In re Fosamax Products Liability Litigation (MDL-1789). He tried four bellwether cases in MDL-1760, including the first three, one of which was named a Top Ten National Jury Verdict by Law360 (2009). These were the first bisphosphonate cases tried in the United States. Bob is admitted to all courts in Mississippi. In addition, he is admitted to numerous federal courts around the country and has been admitted pro hac vice in dozens of others. In addition to Mississippi, Bob has tried jury cases in California, Montana, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

Jon Starr has tried more 120 cases to jury verdict in Oklahoma. He maintains a civil litigation practice, with a focus on claims involving auto negligence, personal injury defense, business disputes, construction, employment practices, bad faith, medical malpractice, product liability, and professional negligence. Mr. Starr has made oral argument before the the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and also works as a mediator and arbitrator with Dispute Resolution Institute (DRC). He is an accomplished writer and speaker on insurance defense topics, and has served as president of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Friedman received his undergraduate degree (economics) from the University of Chicago in 1984, and his juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School in 1987. In 2002, Mr. Friedman formed the Law Office of Jeffrey Friedman, P.C. Mr. Friedman is a member of the Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, and before the general and trial bars of the Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. John F. Winters, Jr. is the founding partner of the firm Winters Salzetta O'Brien & Richardson, LLC. L. ERIC EBBERT is the owner of the Ebbert Law Firm, which he created in 2020. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Florida.
