Kirby Farris, the managing partner of the law firm Farris, Riley & Pitt, LLP, has long been an avid believer in pursing justice for those injured and killed as the result of a personal injury. He has been awarded numerous multi-million dollar settlements, and handles FLSA class actions all over the U.S. Mr. Farris is a member of the American, Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations. He is also active in the Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Farris is a native of Lynn, Alabama and presently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Tammy and their three children. Lisa M. Nyuli has been a partner since joining the firm of Ariano Hardy Ritt Nyuli Richmond Lytle & Goettel P.C. in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, for the first 10 years of her career, she worked as an attorney in Aurora, Illinois and in Geneva, Illinois. She was licensed in 1989 and focuses her practice primarily in all areas of family law. In 2008, she became a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Richard has been in private practice since 1968 and has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in his 40 plus year career. Joe has been practicing injury law for over 31 years in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. He is admitted to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina. He has also successfully represented injured victims on a ‘pro hac vice’ basis in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, and Florida. Joe earned his B.A. at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, in 1984. He is a graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William & Mary, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987. Joe was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., but he has spent most of his life in the Hampton Roads area, having grown up in the Churchland area of Portsmouth and the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. He graduated from Western Branch High School in 1980. He currently resides in Norfolk, VA with his wife, two daughters, and their Australian Shepard, ‘Luna’ Outside of law practice, Joe enjoys engaging in religious studies, playing guitar, writing and recording music in his music studio, mountain biking, snow skiing, and just spending time with his family at home.
