I've been a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire. Although I've been an attorney for over 20 years, I've done nothing but represent injured individuals of the Inland Empire for the past 15 years. Prior to that I served as a Marine Corps Officer where I cut my teeth in the courtroom as a trial lawyer in one of the busiest trial shops in the entire Department of Defense. I've remained an active reservist for over 23 years where I've advised some of the largest commands in the U.S. Marine Corps. In my civilian practice I've represented hundreds of individuals against the largest corporations and governmental institutions in the United States. We care about our fellow Inland Empire residents and take whatever steps necessary to protect our clients rights. We believe that our caring goes beyond the resolution of the case as our clients often refer to our firm as "my lawyers" even after the case has ended. Dean R. LeBoeuf is the Senior Partner at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A.. He focuses his practice on complicated civil litigation involving personal injury and all wrongful death matters, including accidents involving negligent motor vehicle drivers, medical malpractice cases, and nursing home abuse/neglect cases. He graduated in 1978 with honors from Florida State University with a political science degree and minors in accounting and economics. Mr. LeBoeuf then graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1981 and went on to enter private practice with the law firm of Brooks, Callahan, and Phillips before becoming the cofounder and Managing Partner of Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A. in 1987. He directed the operation and growth of the firm until 2023. Throughout his legal career Mr. LeBoeuf has had the honor of receiving recognitions for his dedication to justice. Such accolades have included being named Trial Lawyer of The Year by the American Board of Trial Advocates – Tallahassee Chapter (2006), receiving the title of Florida Super Lawyer for his work in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury since 2006 (an award only given to the top 5% of attorneys in the state), as well as being named by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida’s Legal Elite (2006 – Present). In addition, he has served on several professional and community board of directors, including the Bond Community Health Center, Community Christian School, Pembridge Place Homeowners Association, the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, and the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. LeBoeuf and his wife Carolyn, who is also a lawyer, are committed to the fight against human trafficking. Together with their daughter Nicole they have started a jewelry business, called Victress Over Darkness and all the profits from the business are used to fight against the injustice of human trafficking throughout the world. Their daughter Nicole is also executive director of Christians Against Trafficking (CAT), that has the same mission. When they are not working, Dean and Carolyn like to travel and go to the beach with their two adult children and three grandchildren.

Scott E. Gwartney graduated from Liberty University in Virginia in 1985 with a degree in political science and human resource management. The Tallahassee native then returned home to attend Florida State University College of Law, graduating in 1991. He has remained in Tallahassee since. After working with the first attorney to successfully submit a nursing home case to verdict in the State of Florida, renowned trial lawyer Kenneth L. Connor, the two went on to create The Connor & Gwartney law firm. The firm eventually joined the Tampa-based nursing home litigation firm of Wilkes & McHugh, becoming its Tallahassee office, where Mr. Gwartney continued to work until he joined Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster & Gwartney in 2002, becoming a firm partner in 2003. Mr. Gwartney’s practice is unique: While he always carries a significant number of case files for auto claims and medical litigation in his Tallahassee hometown, his expertise in the fields of Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living Facility, Nursing Home and Group Home litigation is widely known throughout Florida and Georgia. Glenn Warren, AV rated Attorney, has been working in the Personal Injury arena for 26 years, and has handled thousands of auto accident injury cases. He has extensive knowledge and experience with both the legal and the insurance procedures having worked for State Farm Insurance prior to practicing law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance at the University of Florida, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Jacksonville Justice Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. Glenn is a family man with a wife and two daughters, living in the Jacksonville area for more than 35 years. He is actively involved in the community as President-Elect of the Orange Park Sunrise Rotary Club, and member of the Jacksonville Sports Council (formerly the Gator Bowl Assoc.). He was the Muskogee District Chairman of the Boy Scouts North Florida Council (2013-2015), and an Eagle Scout himself. Glenn is an avid golfer, plays racquetball, and loves to travel with his family.

Katherine Piccin Glynn was born in Southfield, Michigan on May 29, 1969. She was a Ford Foundation Scholar at Eckerd College, from which she graduated with honors in 1991. She then graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, was admitted to The Florida State Bar in 1995 and US District Court, Middle District in 1999. Upon graduation, she was appointed Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. During the next four years she gained extensive jury trial experience, mainly with white collar crime and other felony cases.

Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney Lee Gunn focuses his practice of law upon the prosecution of cases involving substantial losses in the State of Florida. These cases frequently involve wrongful death and serious injuries to patients victimized by medical malpractice, defective products, and construction accidents. He also prosecutes direct and bad faith insurance claim dispute actions against insurance companies. Often these cases involve hurricane and other property owner claims where an insurer refuses to pay fully, fairly and promptly. Before representing plaintiffs, Lee defended insurance companies, hospitals, product manufacturers and other large corporations from 1983 until 2000. Scott Mitchell Fischer joined the law offices of Gordon & Partners in 2005 after having spent a number of prior years working as a defense lawyer. Scott is a competitor by nature who is well known for passionately and aggressively advocating for the rights of his clients, including victims of nursing home abuse and neglect, assisted living facility abuse and neglect, hospital negligence, and victims of serious motor vehicle accidents. Scott also recently won a trial against a hospital in a case where Scott's client fell out of the hospital bed and suffered a broken hip. The jury awarded over $900,000 to Scott's client. David P. Slater has over 30 years of litigation and general practice experience and handles all accident cases from investigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction and wrongful death. He is experienced in all real estate and landlord and tenant matters, collections, business practices and probate. He has been associated with various law firms throughout New York City for more than 20 years. He is now in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and a Special Magistrate to the Palm Beach County (Florida Department of Building, Zoning and Planning. He has written various legal articles that have been published in Florida newspapers. He taught business law at a local college and has lectured attorneys and business professionals in the area of landlord and tenant law. He is a former Traffic Court Hearing Officer, deputy chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, N.Y., and arbitrator with the Civil Court of the City of New York, Division of Small Claims, as well as the American Arbitration Association.
