Mr. Minotti received his Bachelors Degree from Pace University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1998. Upon graduation, Tom was a member of the firm Minotti & Iaia, LLP in White Plains, New York primarily practicing in the area of Federal Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. In 2009, Tom opened the Law Offices of Thomas J. Minotti, P.C., with offices currently in the Hudson Valley and Saratoga Regions of New York. Mr. Minotti is licensed to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Minotti is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association. Tom is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, mortgage modifications and civil litigation. His extensive knowledge of the current and ever-changing modification programs assures his clients the best chances of receiving mortgage modifications for which they are eligible. Tom has helped hundreds of families get a fresh start after suffering financial hardship by using the tools available through bankruptcy to rebuild their finances and by successfully negotiating mortgage modifications with lenders.

Robert R. Meredith, Jr. is a graduate of the University of South Carolina of Law and has been in the practice of bankruptcy law since 1994. He lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife, Beth and their chocolate Labrador, Winston. He is a member of East Cooper Baptist Church, The National Associate of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, The South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, The American Bankruptcy Institute and the Gamecock Club.

Andrew Sawin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1989 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1995. He has concentrated his practice in the field of Consumer Bankruptcy for the past 15 years. Andrew is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Eric is passionate about helping others reach their legal goals and he looks forward to helping you. Eric has a wonderful wife, Sara, and three children, Matthew, Nicholas and Madison. Nicole Carnero is an associate attorney committed to providing clients with competent and knowledgeable legal counsel. Nicole graduated from the Western Michigan University Cooley College of Law in 2022 on an academic scholarship. While in law school, Nicole received numerous academic accolades and graduated magna cum laude near the top of her class. Nicole also externed for the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen at the United States Middle District Bankruptcy Court, volunteered as a student representative in her school’s Debt Relief Clinic, and served as the preemption and screening editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. During these years, Nicole’s interest in bankruptcy law quickly became a passion for helping others overcome debilitating financial hardships. Nicole comes to our firm with experience as a creditors’ rights attorney and consumer bankruptcy case manager. She is fluent in English and Spanish and licensed to practice in all three United States District and Bankruptcy Courts within the State of Florida: Northern, Middle, and Southern. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.

At a recent hearing, the Chapter 13 Trustee was planning to dismiss my client’s case.
