Donald is orginally from Chicago, Illinois. He is 2003 graduate of Mississippi State University (MSU). He received his Masters in Public Policy Administration from MSU in 2005, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2009. Donald's practice areas are criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, DWIs and other motor vehicle violations. Donald is also contract public defender for the state of Connecticut, where he handles child support contempt defense and modifications. He also has experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls. He is admitted to practice before the Connecticut state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and Connecticut's Bankruptcy Courts. Donald is a member of the Cawford Bar Association, and Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Reppe developed a passion for helping individuals with their legal problems while working as a public defender early in his career. He moved on to work in the private sector as an attorney at a large law firm in Minneapolis before founding Reppe Law Office PLLC. A Northfield native, Jonathan Reppe offers considerable experience in complex transactional and litigation cases. His areas of practice include criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, business law, DUI/DWI, and family law. Mr. Reppe often speaks at continuing legal education seminars to share his extensive knowledge with other members of the legal profession. He also participates in a number of local volunteer and service efforts.

Steve, originally from Baltimore, holds a JD and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. In addition to advanced degrees, Steve has completed several training programs on representing taxpayers before the IRS including earning the NTPI Tax Fellow® and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) designations. Before becoming the Managing Partner of Cromwell & Company, Steve was the Controller for NFR Security, Inc. As a key member of the management team, he contributed to the success of completing the sale of NFR Security to Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., (Ticker CHKP) and the post-integration support of the two companies. Prior to that, he held controller positions with other high tech firms in the Baltimore Washington corridor and a senior analyst position in the treasury department of ICMA Retirement Corporation in downtown DC. Steve has significant experience in tax preparation, representing clients before the IRS, auditing, business valuation, and investment advisory. Occasionally when time permits, Steve has taught accounting courses at local universities and community colleges in the DC Metro area. In his free time, Steve enjoys being outdoors running, hiking, and biking. On Saturday afternoons in the fall, you can find Steve at University of Maryland football games cheering on the Maryland Terrapins.
