Born in McAllen, Texas. Admitted to the Texas bar in 1991. Mr. Talbot has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. He began his practice as a state prosecutor and later represented a Fortune 500 Company as an in-house attorney. In 2005 he joined the law firm of Talbot & Talbot to practice law with his father Morgan Talbot. Mr. Talbot is the son of Morgan and Jane Talbot. He also has two children.

Jean Pierre Espinoza is a native of Lima, Perú. In 2004, Mr. Espinoza graduated from Universidad de San Martin de Porres (USMP) with an LL.B. (Bachelors in Law) and a law degree. He was admitted into the Lima Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Lima) in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Espinoza graduated with an LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Comparative Law with a Certificate in International Business and Trade Law from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. In 2010, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted into the Florida Bar Association. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida for more than 10 years. He has been immersed in both legal systems: civil law and common law. He worked as a NAFTA Panel Assistant and a Research Assistant for the Center for Governmental Responsibility of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. While in Peru, Mr. Espinoza clerked for the most important law firms in Lima in areas such as commercial law, intellectual property, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and contracts. He also clerked for INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property). When in the United States, he realized the importance of immigration and nationality law in the life of millions of immigrants residing in this country and oriented his career to this area of law. He clerked for different immigration firms in Florida. When a law student, Mr. Espinoza was granted the Florida Bar Foundation fellowship and he spent an entire summer as an intern in the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC) in Miami, Florida. Also, while in law school, he was one of the founders and the first president of the Immigration Law Student Association (ILSA) at Stetson University College of Law. He researched different topics of immigration law and as a result, he published legal articles in venues such as Florida International Law Journal, Benders Immigration Bulletin, Journal for Migration and Refugee Issues, and Immigration Daily. Mr. Espinoza has been a speaker in venues such as Polk County Courthouse and Stetson University College of Law. He is constantly invited to speak to the Hispanic community in central Florida in churches, non-profit organizations, and educational events. He has been interviewed in the past by newspapers, radio stations, and television news programs. Mr. Espinoza is fluent in English and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Lakeland Bar Association (LBA), and the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild of Central Florida. He is the current president of the Hispanic Bar Association for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

As an attorney with 20 years of litigation experience, I’ve handled all facets of state and federal large-scale business litigation matters including written discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, pre-trial, and trial work with a focus on general business disputes, torts, and real property disputes. I’ve also represented lenders, investors, and financial institutions in real estate and finance transactions, with a focus on real estate loan documentation, maximizing collection on defaulted loans, commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. In addition, I provide legal, business, and public policy advice and solutions in the areas of complex litigation, real estate, consumer fraud, and business tort claims to assist in efficiently and effectively achieving our clients’ objectives. Prior to joining Weintraub Zolkin Talerico & Liu LLP, I was an attorney with McKenna, Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley where I managed complex business litigation matters, including product liability, premises liability, intellectual property, construction defect and class action litigation. Mr. Belleh focuses his practice in the areas of Real Property, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Business and Immigration Law. Mr. Belleh is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, in Buffalo, New York, with a concentration in financial transactions. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York and earned a Certificate from the Cours Civilisation Franςaise de la Sorbonne in Paris, France. He served as Corporate Counsel for a real property development firm, where he focused on the formation and operation of Real Estate Investment Trusts, real property acquisition and development, finance, and title insurance matters. He also worked as a commercial litigation associate at boutique litigation firm in Miami, where he focused in commercial disputes and business torts. He has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and real property developers and investors. Mr. Belleh has jury and bench trial experience and has argued several cases successfully before the District Court of Appeal. Mr. Belleh serves as Corporate Counsel for a number of privately-held companies based in South Florida and operating in a cross-section of industries. He is an agent of the Attorney Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance and the owner/operator of Brightstar Title & Escrow, INC. He is admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Andrew R. Kravis, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and New Jersey. He is the CEO of Kravis & Wurgaft, P.C., a full service boutique law firm he founded in 2013. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Southern California. Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C. (Ret.) brings 45 years of legal experience to the firm’s Alternate Dispute Resolution and Mediation Group. Judge DeLuca was appointed to the New Jersey Superior Court in 2015 and was initially assigned to the Law Division. In July 2018 Judge DeLuca was assigned to the Chancery Division. In the Chancery Division, Judge DeLuca oversaw probate cases, general equity cases involving business disputes, contract and real estate issues and foreclosure actions. While in the Chancery Division, Judge DeLuca was responsible for appointing receivers, special fiscal agents, guardians, executors, administrators and other fiduciaries. Judge DeLuca also presided over a contested guardianship action which was tried before a jury. Judge DeLuca actively case-managed all the actions assigned to him from inception of the action through settlement or trial. In the Law Division, Judge DeLuca presided over jury and bench trials concerning commercial disputes, personal injury claims, employment disputes (including LAD and CEPA claims) and malpractice claims. Additionally, Judge DeLuca was designated to oversee and try mass tort multicounty litigation matters involving claims for alleged injuries suffered by individuals who used pelvic mesh products designed, manufactured, marketed, and sold by defendant corporation. Before being appointed to the bench, Judge DeLuca was a member of Okin Hollander & DeLuca, LLP where he practiced for over 28 years. While in private practice, Judge DeLuca represented clients in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, arbitrations and mediations. He also handled commercial transactions involving real estate and business transactions. Judge DeLuca argued matters before federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York, including the New Jersey Supreme Court. Judge DeLuca previously served as general counsel to a finance company responsible for financing aircraft, boats (pleasure and commercial) and other consumer transactions. Judge DeLuca began his career as an associate at a boutique New York firm which handled securities litigation. Judge DeLuca graduated from Queens College (City University of New York) in 1974 and Notre Dame Law School in 1977. Judge DeLuca served as a member of his church’s parish council for more than 25 years and served as chairperson of the Church’s Finance Committed for 20 years. Judge DeLuca is a frequent lecturer on various matters involving Chancery and Probate matters. As Counsel at Harwood Lloyd, Judge DeLuca brings experience as a lawyer and judge to provide mediation and arbitration services.
