Lee H. Staley is a principal with the firm the Houston office. Lee is a native of Wichita Fall, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1996 with a B.A. and then from South Texas College of Law, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor degree. Lee is licensed in the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, along with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

James A. Tatem is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1989. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 1992. Tatem James A. is admitted to practice before Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Janice M. Byington is a litigation attorney with over 24 years of experience. John M. Jorgensen is a fourth generation Floridian, who earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from the University of Florida.
