JOSHUA D. HILL is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is a member of the Government Enforcement, Compliance, & White Collar Litigation and the Qui Tam & False Claims Act Practice Groups. With twenty years of experience, Mr. Hill focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. He began his career as a public defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and over the years has tried dozens of cases to verdict. Mr. Hill has been involved in several high-profile political corruption trials, including defending the CEO of a local non-profit against charges that he bribed a Philadelphia City Councilman. This complex matter played out over the course of three multiple week jury trials. His practice encompasses cases involving health care fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, export violations, pharmaceutical marketing fraud, municipal corruption, defense procurement fraud, and public finance fraud. Mr. Hill regularly represents entities and individuals in responding to subpoenas issued by state and federal grand juries. In conjunction with his white collar practice, Mr. Hill counsels clients in a wide range of industries concerning enforcement actions and compliance related to export controls, treaty compliance and international trade regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Active in the legal community, Mr. Hill is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association – Criminal Justice Section, The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL), as well as the Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is recognized in the 2026 edition of Legal 500 for his work in White-Collar Crime in Philadelphia. Mr. Hill also maintains a robust pro bono practice. For the past fifteen years, he has represented abused or neglected children in Philadelphia County through the Support Center for Child Advocates, earning the organization’s Distinguished Advocate Award in 2021. He also regularly takes cases through Philadelphia VIP representing individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits with civil legal issues. Previously, he served on the Board of Good Shepherd Mediation Program and was a volunteer mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Hill earned his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Mark Bernstein (ret.) of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Mr. Boyd was born and raised in Southern Maryland. Mr. Boyd graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology. He went on to earn his Master’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Boyd accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Karen H. Abrams, former Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s County. Following his clerkship, Mr. Boyd joined the St. Mary’s County State’s Attorney’s Office, eventually becoming the lead prosecutor for vehicular homicides. As a prosecutor, Mr. Boyd also served on the board of the St. Mary’s County Adult Substance Abuse Recovery Court. Mr. Boyd is a member of the Maryland Bar Association (MSBA) and St. Mary’s County Bar Association. Mr. Boyd resides, with his wife and children, in St, Mary’s County. Mr. Boyd is an avid Baltimore sports fan.

Peter A. Greene has a B.A. and an M.S. degree from Columbia University as well as a J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. He is a certified civil trial lawyer, and is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He was a Deputy Attorney General of the State of New Jersey for five years, representing the State Board of Medical Examiners and other professional boards. He was also a staff attorney for Ralph Nader’s Health Research Group in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C. bars. He has authored a chapter in a text on nursing malpractice defense. He has tried over 150 jury cases to a conclusion including 80 medical malpractice actions. He has also tried fire cases, ambulance and auto cases, as well as insurance coverages cases.

Kelvin has briefed dispositive motions in federal court, state court, and before administrative agencies. He has also second-chaired a FINRA arbitration. Before joining TCBG Law, he was an associate at an AmLaw 200 firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. He clerked on the US District Court for the District of Idaho and on the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. Kelvin has lived in Mexico and Spain and is fully fluent in Spanish. He also speaks Portuguese.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000.  Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.

A partner of the firm, Michael Giordano serves as a trusted advisor to his clients. Judd is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and was a member of the Psychology Honors Society. After returning home to Chicago, Judd earned his J.D. at The John Marshall Law School. Upon graduating, he worked as a staff attorney and law clerk for the Presiding Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County in Skokie. He wrote countless legal briefs for many of the Judges in the courthouse and assisted in trials ranging from contract issues to attempted murder. At his next position, he found himself in legal consulting, analyzing contracts for the merger of two of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Attention to detail was the name of the game. This helped prepare him for his next step as a Legal Advisor to the Secretary of State for Administrative Hearings. Judd represented the Secretary of State as a Legal Advisor and prosecutor every day for close to two years, totaling more than two thousand hearings. He was soon promoted to a special prosecutor position, one of only two in the entire state, conducting the more complex hearings on behalf of the State. It was at this point that Mike knew he needed Judd on his team (despite Judd's lifelong loyalty as a White Sox fan) and persuaded him to leave the Secretary of State. This is how Johnson & Goldrich, PC was formed.
