For over 40 years, Larry has been conducting trials and appeals in both state and federal courts in employment cases including public employee cases, Lemon Law actions, products liability matters, insurance litigation (including environmental matters, toxic tort and consumer fraud), commercial and corporate litigation, franchise matters, breach of warranty, and similar matters. He has also been involved in the defense of several class action suits and has handled a variety of matters before regulatory boards and he has frequently appeared before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Larry has experience drafting, reviewing, and counselling clients regarding employment agreements, separation agreements and employee manuals. Larry also counsels corporate clients in a variety of areas. He has assisted manufacturing clients in product recalls, preparing warnings, warranties, and owner’s manuals for various products. Larry has been involved in representing clients with matters in China and Hong Kong. In addition to his practice, Larry is Vice President and General Counsel of Foreign Tire Sales, Inc. located in Union, New Jersey.

Tiffany Pham is a Principal at Germer’s Houston Office, where she represents clients across Texas in labor, employment, and civil rights matters. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of employment law, including discrimination claims, hostile work environment cases, wage disputes, and wrongful termination suits. She represents both public and private employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She also advises and represents governmental entities and elected and appointed officials in civil rights matters. She has successfully defended cases involving First Amendment retaliation, excessive force, wrongful arrest, jail assaults, and jail death matters. Tiffany analyzes each case’s unique circumstances to develop tailored solutions that advance client interests while minimizing risk. She consistently delivers practical, results-oriented counsel that helps clients navigate legal challenges efficiently and effectively. She has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star, a Thompson Reuters publication, in 2025.

Janice M. Byington is a litigation attorney with over 24 years of experience. Her practice focuses on representing hospitals, physicians and a wide range of allied healthcare professionals in connection with health care liability claims, and professional licensing and regulatory matters. Janice was previously licensed and employed as a registered nurse in Central and South Texas hospitals in the intensive care units, coronary care units and neonatal intensive care units.

Joe McKenna focuses his practice upon the litigation of Worker’s Compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. The son of a union plumber, Joe predominantly represents workers from the building trades and utility industries who have suffered serious injuries. Such injuries range from electrocution, traumatic brain injuries and heart attacks to muscular/skeletal injuries. Joe has lectured widely before both union and non-union groups on the worker’s compensation statute. He is the author of a “Handbook for Injured Workers in Massachusetts” and a perennial recipient of Martindale – Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Prior to joining Segal Roitman in 1996, Joe worked in the worker’s compensation department of Wynn and Wynn, P.C. for approximately eight years. Joe also served a clerkship for the late William Joseph Patrick Cleary, administrative judge at the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Tamara L. Renner was born 1956; admitted to bar, 1986, Indiana; 1989, Michigan; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Preparatory education, Indiana University (B.A., Psychology, 1981); legal education, Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1986). Deputy City Attorney, Elkhart, Indiana, 1991-96. Member: Elkhart City, Indiana State and American Bar Associations; State Bar of Michigan; National Employment Lawyers Association; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. As a former Deputy City Attorney for the City of Elkhart, Tamara represented the City in employment related disputes and litigation from 1991-1995. She now represents the individual employee in disputes against employers of all sizes, from small local businesses to the largest international corporations. In Williams v. Pharmacia, Inc., 137 F. 3d 944, 952 (7th Cir. 1998), Tamara successfully represented Ms. Williams against the international pharmaceutical firm, Pharmacia Upjohn, Inc. The case established precedent in the 7th Circuit for the distinct and separate awards of front pay and future lost earnings. It remains frequently cited precedent by appellate courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. While Tamara has a proven track record in federal and state courts, administrative hearings and mediation of employment disputes her years of experience benefit clients facing financial crisis in bankruptcy as well as Social Security Disability hearings and appeals.
